Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Technician – Harrisburg, PA

Pay: $25–$32/hr+ (Depending on experience)

Location: Harrisburg, PA (All properties within 5 miles)

We’re hiring a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join a growing property management group in the Harrisburg area. This role focuses on upgrading and modernizing residential units, performing general repairs, and keeping properties in top shape. This is a direct hire role — you start as their employee on Day 1 and receive full company benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Perform interior and exterior renovations
• Install/repair drywall, flooring, windows, doors, cabinets, fixtures, trim
• Complete basic plumbing and light electrical work
• Assist with painting and cosmetic upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues during remodels or tenant turns
• Work with the project manager to meet timelines and quality expectations
• Document work completed and communicate daily progress

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
