TEMPORARY FULL TIME Cubiscan Operator/Warehouse Associate

Job Purpose & Summary:

The Cubiscan Operator supports the Logistics and Warehouse team by accurately measuring product dimensions and weights using Cubiscan scanning equipment and ensuring accurate entry of this information into warehouse management systems or data templates. The primary focus of this temporary (approx. 3-month) role is scanning and capturing dimensional data for existing warehouse items to support accurate inventory and logistics operations.

In addition, this role includes standard warehouse associate responsibilities , such as receiving, picking, staging, and supporting general warehouse activities as needed. This position requires attention to detail, computer/data entry skills, physical handling of products, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate Cubiscan equipment to scan and capture item dimensions (length, width, height) and weight.

• Ensure high accuracy in measuring and weighing; perform calibration checks as needed.

• Record and verify data in provided templates, spreadsheets, or internal warehouse systems.

• Identify and report discrepancies such as damaged items or items that cannot be scanned.

• Assist with staging, moving, or sorting items to be scanned.

• Perform standard warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, picking and staging orders , and assisting with loading/unloading as needed.

• Use RF scanners, handheld devices, and computers to process warehouse transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of Cubiscan equipment and work area.

• Adhere to all safety policies and protocols.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily throughput and accuracy goals.

Education/ Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to use measurement or scanning equipment; prior Cubiscan experience is a plus.

• Basic to intermediate computer and data entry skills (Excel, WMS applications, RF scanners).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capture .

• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs, stage product, and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Dependability with consistent attendance and ability to work scheduled hours.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

• Familiarity with quality control or accuracy validation processes.

• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

• Knowledge of safety procedures for handling inventory and warehouse equipment.
