Responsibilities for a Regional Director with Phoebe Allentown:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the operating plan; managing and organizing the operations of all limited income subsidized apartment facilities; supervising managers of housing and facility environmental services; insuring the facilities’ compliance with various operating policies and procedures and various regulatory requirements; preparing annual budgets and monitoring operations; communicating and interfacing with other departments and management personnel; supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports.

Requirements for a Regional Director with Phoebe Allentown:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in related field with emphasis in gerontology or equivalent in work experience is desired.
3. Proficient interpersonal relations and communications skills; thorough knowledge of PHFA, Rural Development, and HUD regulations; federal, state, and local building code regulations.
4. Knowledge of general facilities, environmental services, accounting principles and procedures; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; PA driver’s license.
