Aerotek is Hiring: Shipping and Receiving Associate

Location: Breinigsville, PA

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Aerotek is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join a dynamic distribution team. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . This position is critical to supporting safe and timely delivery of products.

• Apply GMP standards in all tasks.
• Pick, pack, and ship distribution orders accurately.
• Screen shipments for unauthorized devices per TSA requirements.
• Execute warehouse system transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Process orders based on priority set by leadership.
• Verify storage conditions and temperature monitoring for shipments.
• Load couriers’ trucks using pallet jacks.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs and operate pallet jacks.
• Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and data entry.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments with PPE.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments.

• Forklift certification.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience.
• Knowledge of current GMP standards.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical logistics.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
