Job Summary :

Industry leading children’s consumer goods company on a rapid growth pace is seeking a Sales Junior Account Specialist. This individual will contribute across several critical functions and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team (both internal and external). The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player that can effectively manage multiple tasks. This position will launch a solid career growth path for the right person in a fast paced, exciting entrepreneurial environment.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotes, line reviews, presentations and other tools used for selling our products to customers.
• Assist with management of key internal documents to support the account including forecasts, Sales Specials, and Images
• Support Account Specialist and Sales Team Lead as needed.
• Set up items in customer systems.
• Arrange samples based on customer requests for planograms or ads.
• Provide administrative support as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or similar field
• Passion for children’s consumer goods/entertainment industry
• Strong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and solution based problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others.
• High energy level, enterprising spirit
• Ability to multi-task while delivering accurate results.
• Team player mentality
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Professional appearance and manner
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
