21st Century Home Care is a new Pennsylvania-licensed home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered non-medical care throughout Philadelphia and nearby counties.
Our mission is to empower lives with compassion and care — by delivering reliable personal assistance services and building trust within the community.

We’re currently seeking a motivated Home Care Launch Assistant to help us complete our start-up phase, focusing on hiring, marketing, and operational setup .

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director with recruiting, screening, and onboarding caregivers and administrative staff
• Help create and post job ads across Indeed and social-media platforms
• Support marketing outreach to hospitals, discharge planners, and community partners
• Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheets and assist with interview scheduling
• Contribute to social-media content, flyers, and referral materials
• Provide administrative support for licensing, EVV setup, and client intake processes
• Track weekly progress toward launch goals and assist with community engagement projects

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare administration, or human resources preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic social-media marketing
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Department of Health Chapter 611 Home Care Agency regulations is a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Contract position at $25/hour
• Estimated 10–20 hours per week during the launch phase (flexible schedule)
• Potential for long-term administrative or coordinator role after successful launch
