Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based | Langhorne, PA
Location: Langhorne, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (32.5 hours/week)
Contract Dates: ASAP Start – June 16, 2026
About the Role
Bilingual Therapies is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our partner school district in Langhorne, Pennsylvania . This is a full-time, school-based position working with elementary students who have mild to moderate behavior challenges and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) .
As an RBT, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and help students achieve academic, behavioral, and social success.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to elementary students
- Implement ABA-based strategies and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs
- Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification/license (Required)
- Previous school-based experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
Position Details
- Full-time (32.5 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Elementary school caseload
- Contract position through June 16, 2026
