Driver Helper
Midwest Express, which is a trusted leader in expedited freight and line-haul trucking since 1983, is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient logistics solutions across key marketplaces. Join a dedicated team at a secure TSA-certified warehouse facility, where safety and efficiency are top priorities. As a Driver Helper, you will play a role in ensuring on time PUD's of freight from our Duncansville based terminal, by assisting the Straight Truck driver. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI. 6/7AM START TIME, $19.50/HR, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ride along with straight truck driver to destinations
- Assist with freight by lifting/pushing/pulling
- Will learn paperwork and utilize company provided mobile phone
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to physically handle up to 75 lbs of freight
- Able to pass a background and drug test
- No dui's or felonies
- Daily attendance is a must
