Regional Director

Position Overview

The Regional Director is responsible in assisting with the supervision and monitoring of the Practice Managers in the operations department, and to assist the Chief Operating Officer. The Regional Director will be responsible for the operational activities of the Network in an effort to maximize growth and stability, as well as providing administrative duties to Network operations.

Location and Hours of Position

This position will be based out of the Sharon Medical Group locations, Buhl Farm, and Green Street Community Health Centers. The general office hours for this position is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. The position will oversee multiple offices including Sharon Medical Group, Sharon Medical Group Walk-In, Sharon Medical Group Pediatrics, Buhl Farm Community Health Center and Green Street Primary Care.

Education/Experience Requirement

• Four-year (4) degree in healthcare or business-related field
• Two (2) years’ management experience
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the healthcare or business field
• Previous experience in a community health center is preferred

Additional Job Qualifications/Skills

• Previous experience in management/leadership (preferred, but not required)
• Previous experience in a Community Health Center (FQHC) (preferred, but not required)
• Computer proficient (required)
• Travel required
