If you’re a civil engineer with 5+ years of experience , a knack for thoughtful design, and a desire to work on meaningful projects while mentoring others, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a technical leader—supporting the design and execution of various civil engineering projects. You’ll work with Project Managers and technical staff to ensure projects stay on scope, time, and budget. Your responsibilities will include:

· Leading design work on a variety of local projects

· Collaborating on project plans and technical proposals

· Coordinating across teams and communicating technical details with clarity

· Mentoring junior staff and supporting internal process improvements

· Upholding QA/QC standards to deliver quality, reliable work

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

· At least 5 years of civil engineering experience and E.I.T. certification

· Strong independent work ethic and collaborative mindset

· A passion for mentoring and contributing to a team

· Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in Pennsylvania is preferred

Pay: $89,440.00 - $131,040.00 per year
