The Role

As our Middle School Math Teacher, you will teach rigorous, standards-aligned math to grades 6–8. You will use student data to drive every instructional decision, differentiate for diverse learners, and create a classroom culture where students believe in their own ability to grow. You’ll be part of a close-knit teaching team that plans together, gives each other hard feedback, and celebrates wins.

You will:

• Deliver rigorous, engaging, standards-aligned math instruction daily
• Use student growth data to adjust pacing, grouping, and approach
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners where they are
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with students and their families
• Participate actively in grade-level team meetings and whole-staff professional development
• Receive and apply coaching feedback as a core part of your professional growth
• Model outstanding character aligned with Catholic values in every interaction
• Contribute to extracurricular and school community activities

• A Bachelor’s Degree (required)
