Civil Engineer

Civil Site Engineer – Devon, PA (5+ Years Experience)
A growing civil engineering and land development firm in the Devon, PA area is seeking a Civil Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join their team. This is a strong opportunity for an engineer looking to take ownership of site development projects from concept through construction in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage civil site development projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use)
- Prepare grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility plans
- Perform stormwater management design and calculations
- Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and utility providers
- Support permitting and entitlement processes
- Conduct site visits and provide construction support as needed
- Collaborate with internal CAD/design teams and project managers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of civil site engineering experience
- Strong background in land development design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of local PA municipal and county requirements
- Experience with stormwater management and permitting
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE license preferred (or EIT actively pursuing PE)
