RECEPTIONIST

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health and academic services to children, adolescents and young adults working through a wide range of mental or behavioral health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. In collaboration with families, community supports and other providers, Foundations incorporates evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized treatment interventions within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is hiring a full time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The hours for the position are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include: Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures regarding visitor belongings and safety reviews; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email inquiries. Highly skilled in greeting visitors and customer service.
