Sales Associates at Chaar are the foundation of our business. They are directly responsible for creating positive interactions with customers and an excellent store environment. Job Duties:

• Guide customers toward products and services that will benefit them or improve their experiences
• Greet customers, answer phones, and be attentive to store guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Stock shelves, assist customers with loading

Requirements:

• Upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Willingness to cooperate with and learn from others.
• Interest in developing good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift and carry 40+lbs
• Must be able to climb and descend stairs while carrying merchandise
• Must be able to stand / walk for 4+ hours at a time

Pay Range: $12-14/hr

Advancement Opportunities: The sales associate position can serve as a gateway for promotion to store leadership and other more advanced positions.
