Position Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule:
• 1 week ICU (10–12 hour shifts, mostly days)
• 2–3 days off
• Remaining days include bronchs, clinic, and teleconsults (8-hour days)
• 1 week inpatient consults (5 days, 8-hour shifts)
• Call: 1 weekend/month (first call covered by fellow)
• Academic Opportunities:
• Clinical and academic titles upon start
• Teach residents and medical students
• Engage in research, committees, and interdisciplinary programs
• Optional Sleep Medicine Practice for those board-certified in Sleep

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60K start incentive
• Health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage starting Day 1
• 41 total days off (PTO, holidays, CME)
