We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in family law and estates, with the ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution. Experience in New Jersey is required and experience in PA family law or estate matters is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law in New Jersey including divorce, custody, support, adoption, and domestic violence, probate and estate planning.

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court orders, wills, trusts.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

• Attend court appearances, mediations, and client meetings.

• Manage a caseload and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey bar license (Required).

• Active Pennsylvania bar license (Required).

• 2+ years of family law experience (required).

• Experience in estate planning/probate (preferred but not required).

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and writing skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
