Sales Representative

What We're Looking For: Our growing sales department is looking for ambitious and self-motivated people to join our team. Automotive Sales a plus! What We Offer:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
• Utilizes dealership CRM to manage leads and follow-up.
• Attending sales meetings and training courses as requested by sales manager.
• Keeps up to date on new products and STARS/FORD UNIVERSITY training.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Follow the 10 steps to the sale.
• Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.)
• Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, 'we-owes' and special request to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
• Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Provides all clients with the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
• Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.

Job Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Sales License.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Sales experience preferred
