Job Details for Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

• Pay rate: $26-$28 or MORE per hour depending on experience
• Pay scale up to $36 per hour for Weekend Shift Availability + Heavy PLC experience and CNC knowledge
• Hours: 1st Shift 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday OR Weekend Shift Fri-Sun 7am-7pm

Job Responsibilities & Description for Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, and repair automated and manual manufacturing machinery, PIT equipment, conveyor systems, and machine shop tools
• Work on electrical systems within manufacturing machinery: diagnostics, wiring, circuitry, possible PLC involvement
• Assist in install, calibration, and test run of new machinery
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and activities
• Assist in setup and operation of production machinery
• Perform oxy-fuel cutting and welding
• Facilities repair as needed: pipe fitting, basic building electrical work, simple facility repairs etc.

Job Requirements for Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

• REQUIRED : 2+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience within the manufacturing industry
• REQUIRED: Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, gear boxes, conveyor systems, motors, basic welding, and electrical systems
• STRONGLY PREFERRED: Experience with 115 VAC diagnostics and 12 VDC to 480 VAC electrical wiring
• STRONGLY PREFERRED: Oxy-fuel cutting experience
• Advanced Electrical Experience such as PLC work and/or PLC programming is a plus
• Must have good understanding of blueprints, diagrams, measurement tolerances, and electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Must be flexible to work occasional OT hours
