Regional Vice President

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and grow their staffing operations in Allentown, PA OR Ohio. The RVP will manage and oversee 15 branch offices and See the management of $60+ million in revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee 15 branch offices:
- 8 offices in Tennessee
- 5 offices in in North Carolina
- 1 office in Columbus, OH
- 1 office in Hazelton, PA
- Open a new branch in Mechanicsburg, PA
- Management of $60+ million in revenue
- Sales mentality, will not personally carry a book of business, will go on meetings with reps and business managers
- Assist in large account negotiations and identification
- Mentor
- Develop and train up reps and business managers
- Ensure consistent execution of operational best practices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), staffing metrics, and financials to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans for revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and coach Branch Managers and their teams to achieve excellence
- Promote a culture of trust, performance, and purpose
- Contribute to and implement company-wide strategies at the regional level
- Forecast trends, market dynamics, and operational needs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and vision
Qualifications:
- Must have experience managing multiple branches in multiple states managing a minimum of $50 million and have a track record of opening branches/new markets, training up and developing staff, working directly with customers and being hands on in each of the markets
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the staffing industry.
Proven success in multi-site management, including P&L responsibility
Strong strategic thinking, operational management, and client development skills.
