What you'll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Analytics & AI - Service Delivery Operations

Location: flexible with preference to Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

Expected start date: October 2025 for a 6-month internship duration with a possibility to extend further

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new analytics assets and reports.

• Developing and maintaining reports and analytics dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Working with the team to review existing processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through AI or automation.

• Creating a pipeline of potential AI and automation initiatives aligned with business needs.

• Developing AI and automation solutions using SAP tools as well as external technologies.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently pursuing a Computer Science, Engineering or other STEM related

• This assignment is well-suited for individuals eager to grow their programming skills, particularly in JavaScript or Python, and deepen their experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Excel.

• A strong sense of curiosity and creativity will help you explore innovative ways to apply AI and automation to real-world challenges in service delivery.

• In this role, you will contribute to continuous innovation and process improvement by enhancing reporting tools and analytics assets. You will engage in tasks that expand your technical skills and provide exposure to cutting-edge technologies in analytics and artificial intelligence

This team focuses on business and operational support, including ensuring accuracy in activity recording and providing adoption-related reporting for service delivery leaders and their teams within CS&D Services

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
