Cable Assembler
Immediate need for a 1st shift 7am-3pm Assembler.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble complex cable products used in high-performance applications.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate builds.
- Prepare and route wires, strip insulation, and complete assemblies with care and precision.
- Perform visual inspections to identify and correct defects in line with quality standards.
- Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Help improve processes by sharing feedback and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Properly handle materials, including any hazardous waste generated in your work area.
What You Bring:
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions.
- Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
- Steady hand and strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate!
