Potential Inc.'s Springtime School, a licensed private school for elementary to high-school-aged students on the Autism spectrum, seeks a full-time Speech Language Pathologist independent contractor.
- Competitive Pay ($90 - $120 per hour)
- Year-Round Schedule (no extended summer break)
- Manageable Caseload (<30 students)
- Team Atmosphere (collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Special Education Teachers, and School Paraprofessionals)
- Flexibility of 1099 Contract Position
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with valid Pennsylvania licensure to practice
- Pennsylvania Instructional 1 Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Professional Liability Insurance (1099 Contractor)
- Available to work in-person in Newtown, PA, Monday - Friday from 9 am - 2:30 pm for direct services
- Flexible scheduling and potential for hybrid work for indirect tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- IEP development and assistive technology experience
