PROJECT MANAGER
Jarus Technologies, Inc. has a Project Manager position in Pittsburgh, PA, responsible for managing Information Technology projects in the property and casualty insurance industry, including their scope; managing project schedules and their budgets; liaising/coordinating customer meetings in order to understand technology needs, proposing product solutions, and managing project change requests; assigning and scheduling work for each project's software developers; monitoring the software developers' performance and identifying and resolving problems; performing QA testing; and managing system integration, production deployment, and support maintenance.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management of Information Systems plus two years of software product management experience required. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance industry including insurance software, projects and implementation; experience with reading and analyzing insurance product manuals; and knowledge of quoting, rating and insurance policy issuance and management required.
