  • Total Administrative Support: Our Clinic Founder, Clinic Coordinators, Insurance Specialist and Support Staff will take care of everything administrative so that you can focus on providing focused therapeutic care. Our office staff supports marketing, referral coordination, billing and scheduling, allowing you to focus on what you love doing best and allowing your workday to be efficient and streamlined.

What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Psychotherapist (or equivalent), you will:

  • Provide Individual, Couples, and/or Family Therapy: Work with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. Use evidence-based modalities, including Mindfulness-Based CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Therapies, and Therapeutic Art our exclusive therapeutic art modality, and mindfulness practices, to support clients on their path to healing and self-discovery, and self-empowerment.
  • Tailor Care to Each Client’s Needs: Every client is unique. You will collaborate with individuals and families to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with our team of skilled therapists, administrative staff, and external providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
  • Engage in Continued Professional Growth: Participate in regular clinical supervision, peer consultation, and training opportunities to deepen your expertise and stay inspired in your work.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

A Full-Time or Part-Time Hybrid Therapist (12-20+ clients/week is ideal) Providing both in-person and remote therapy sessions, allowing for flexibility between in-office and at-home work.

We’re looking for a clinician who is committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of others while also growing personally and professionally alongside a passionate, supportive team.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: You must be a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent licensure) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Passion: We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and who believes in the power of therapy to create lasting change.
  • Partner with Insurance: Provide top quality care for clients who wish to utilize insurance in order to uphold the Wellbrook Wellness value of accessible care
  • Adaptability: You’ll need to be flexible in your approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s needs. A range of therapeutic techniques, from CBT to mindfulness and beyond, is highly valued.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, your team, and external professionals. You should be comfortable in both written and verbal communication.
  • Team-Oriented: While you will be an independent therapist, we place a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. You should feel comfortable both working alone and contributing to a team dynamic.
  • Commitment to Growth: You should be committed to your own professional development and to growing with us as a team.
  • Ability to Grow Steadily: In private practice, there is often an 10-12 week lag after being hired as your insurance credentialing is processed. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable with this transitional phase and does not require full compensation during this time. Once your credentialing is approved, you can expect your caseload to build at a steady and consistent pace.
  • Our therapists are independent contractors with Wellbrook Wellness Therapy Group. This position does not offer healthcare benefits at this time.
