The Standard Group, a premier print management and marketing logistics company, is seeking a Post Press Operator to help grow our team in our Print and Technology Center in Lititz, PA. The primary purpose of the Senior Mailing Data Processing Specialist is to be responsible for leading and overseeing data processing activities in support of mailing and print production. This role evaluates, processes, and prepares client data for downstream production, ensuring accuracy, postal compliance, and production readiness.

The position serves as the primary technical resource for data processing and mailing support, ensuring data integrity and alignment with USPS requirements. The role also supports integration of physical mail with digital engagement tools and USPS promotions to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize postal incentives. Responsibilities:

Data Processing Oversight & Execution

• Act as the lead for data processing operations, overseeing daily activities for mailing and print-related projects.
• Estimate job completion timelines, prioritize workload, and communicate job status throughout production.
• Evaluate customer input data and transform it into standardized internal formats.
• Perform advanced data manipulation including record selection, field parsing, record splitting, data standardization, appending, and correction of irregular data.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex data issues and processing exceptions.
• Ensure all output files meet client specification and are production-ready.

Data Quality, Standardization & Mail Preparation

• Standardize address data using CASS-certified software.
• Perform NCOA, deduplication, and presort processing.
• Utilize BCC Mail Manager (Full Service).
• Support co-mail, co-mingle, co-bind, and co-palletization programs.
• Format data for output to inkjet, labels, and electronic formats (CSV, Excel, etc.)
• Generate tray tags, bag tags, and pallet placards.
• Validate data counts and support postage reconciliation.

Postal Compliance & Systems

• Maintain USPS compliance including Full Service IMb.
• Manage eDoc and PostalOne! submissions.
• Utilize Informed Visibility and Mailer Scorecard.
• Support Informed Delivery and USPS promotions.
• Maintain Windowbook and Endicial systems.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of BCC Manager (Full Service) required.
• Experience with Windowbook and Endicia.
• Strong USPS knowledge (Full Service, presort, compliance).
• CASS, NCOA, deduplication, presort experience.
• Familiarity with Informed Delivery, IV, promotions.
• Strong Excel/data skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Automation experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities on multiple projects while maintaining quality of work.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate and compute numbers; analyze and solve problems on a daily basis
