Job Description
Green Medical Consulting is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex individual in the home setting.
This is an immediate hire opportunity for an RN who is confident working independently and passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with complex medical and developmental needs.
Client Needs Include:
- Autism support
- Central line care
- TPN management
- G/J tube care
- Ostomy care
- Continuous supervision and safety monitoring
- Collaboration with family and care team
The individual requires close monitoring, strong clinical judgment, and a calm, patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home environment
- Monitor and manage TPN and feeding systems
- Assess for changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Support safety, comfort, and quality of life
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team
- Follow physician orders and care plans
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RN License
- CPR Certification
- Experience with G-tubes, central lines, and/or TPN preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
