- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Follows maintenance requirements and guidelines set forth by Fairmont operating procedures
- Advocates for the safety for themselves, guest and employees
- Good communication with our hotel guests and employees
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the department
- Follow uniform and grooming standards. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS - Availability
- Good communication skills
- Seeking applicants with prior experience in the following: Hvac, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting, ect
- Prefer prior experience in hotel environment
- Applicants with limited experience but interest in hotel maintenance are welcomed. Onsite training available.
- Need availability Sunday - Saturday for AM and PM shifts. No overnight shifts.
- Extended periods of standing and walking throughout shifts
- Use of ladders, lifts, scaffolding
- Light to heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects.
- 95% indoor work 5% outdoor Additional Information Visa Requirements: Must have proof of valid U.S. work authorization.
