Our agency opened its doors in April 2025, and were currently building a strong foundation with a small but growing team. Coming from a State Farm family, this business has always been part of who I am its something I grew up around and knew I wanted to pursue from the start. Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member in Baltimore, gaining hands-on experience helping customers and learning what it takes to run a successful agency. Im a proud West Virginia University (WVU) graduate, and outside the office, life is busy and full my wife and I share our home with three energetic dogs who keep us on our toes. Our office offers a supportive and flexible environment, including a health stipend and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our people so they can take great care of our customers.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brendan Garvey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
