Entry Level Recruiter:

Everyone starts their career at Judge as a Recruiter. In this role, you will:

• Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
• Negotiate pay rates
• Learn from the best Recruiters in the industry on how to be successful, quickly

Every Recruiter has an exciting career path at Judge. Your experience gained as a Recruiter develops key skills including relationship building, negotiations and gaining an understanding of technical terminology that will prepare you to represent our services as an industry leader. Within 3 months and upon becoming highly successful as an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be promoted to a Healthcare Recruiter and continue your Recruiting career and join the ranks of our Lead Recruiters, Delivery Managers and Recruiting Management.

Recruiter Minimum Requirements:

• Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/motivated and strong desire to succeed
• Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience is highly preferred
