Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your Railway Signaling products and systems expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless configuration management of our engineering projects, directly contributing to the success of our innovative transportation solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and quality assurance), ensure compliance with configuration processes, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing configuration baselines and ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle. ,

  • Establishing and maintaining configuration management plans in alignment with project requirements. ,

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to control and document changes to products and systems. ,

  • Ensuring proper version control and maintaining accurate records of all configuration items. ,

  • Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with configuration management processes. ,

  • Providing training and guidance to team members on configuration management tools and practices. ,

  • Supporting project teams in identifying and resolving configuration-related issues. ,

  • Ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies for configuration management. ,

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of configuration management processes. ,

  • Preparing and delivering reports on configuration status and performance metrics.

  • CCMI Certification is desired.

  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes.
