We’re hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care and leadership on our units.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care while supervising nursing assistants and coordinating with other staff.
Ensure resident care plans are followed and collaborate with physicians on treatments and therapies.
Administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.
Support staff development through training, evaluations, and continuing education.
Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming care areas for residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Active, unencumbered RN license in this state.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compassion, patience, and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and manage fast-paced nursing duties.
Working Conditions
Dynamic, fast-paced nursing environment with occasional on-call or extended hours.
Exposure to infectious materials, cleaning chemicals, and physically demanding tasks.
