Safety Manager

Location: Williamsport, PA

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead workplace safety initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for OSHA compliance, employee training, safety audits, incident investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide safety training for production and assembly teams.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Maintain safety records and compliance documentation.
• Partner with supervisors to improve workplace safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience with audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.
