Eager to recognize your commitment, we're offering a signing bonus: $500 after 3 months and an additional $500 following 9 months of your dedicated service.

• Expertly manage and operate CNC machines along with ancillary equipment.

• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and maintain rigorous adherence to safety standards.

• Ensure machine productivity through decisive and informed actions.

• Execute tool offset adjustments and replace worn inserts and tools efficiently.

• Perform precise machine setups tailored for production runs.

• Diagnose and solve mechanical issues within CNC machinery.

• Accurately read and apply blueprint specifications.

• Utilize micrometers and various measuring instruments with precision.

• Comfortably handle diverse materials including stainless steel and plastic composites.

• Leverage basic computing skills for data entry and retrieval tasks.

• Accurately document machine activity using production standards and job boss sheets daily.

• Possession of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Substantial experience within the manufacturing sector.

• Proven capability to interpret blueprints.

• A robust background with 8 years in CNC machining.

• Comprehensive knowledge of machinery setup, tool safety, and operational technology.
