As the Lead Veterinary Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital's veterinary services. You will lead a team of veterinary technicians, oversee a variety of day-today tasks, and collaborate closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional patient care. Qualifications

• Animal Care, Veterinary Technology, and Anesthesiology skills
• Client Education and Pet Care knowledge
• Experience and proficiency in veterinary procedures and treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and train a team of veterinary technicians
• Ability to provide critical feedback to technical team and participates in development plans
• Developing and promoting policies and standards of procedure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passionate about pet care and the well-being of animals
• Certification as a Veterinary Technician is preferred
• At least 1 year previous experience in a leadership or management role

Schedule is flexible, but some evening availability is required. Saturdays are rotated and Sundays we are closed.
