We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Veterinary Technician to join our team. As the Lead Veterinary Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital's veterinary services. You will lead a team of veterinary technicians, oversee a variety of day-today tasks, and collaborate closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional patient care. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about patient care, and focused on creating meaningful moments for our clients and team.

Qualifications
- Animal Care, Veterinary Technology, and Anesthesiology skills
- Client Education and Pet Care knowledge
- Experience and proficiency in veterinary procedures and treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and train a team of veterinary technicians
- Ability to provide critical feedback to technical team and participates in development plans
- Developing and promoting policies and standards of procedure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passionate about pet care and the well-being of animals
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician is preferred
- At least 1 year previous experience in a leadership or management role
