Job Summary:
The Team Lead of the Adventure Center – Winter Tubing, will partner with the Supervisor of Adventure Center to own the winter activities and assist the company with events to follow the goals and objectives set forth by Vail Resorts. Provide a safe, fun learning environment for our guests and employees. Build lasting relationships with guests and employees. Be involved in a positive work environment.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team for activities and tubing departments
- In the absence of the Supervisor, take on Supervisor duties as needed
- Implement guest service training and activities training
- Support an attraction or activity while performing all duties as required
- Fulfill job specific work requirements on a constant and consistent basis
- Follow all accurate SOPs and standard protocols to ensure the highest level of safety
- Enforce all of the safety policies to prioritize and ensure guest and staff safety on a constant basis
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and working conditions
- Provide a safe, fun, learning environment for guests and staff
- Actively mitigate any hazards that may come up or are seen
- Be actively involved in daily meetings so that the team can carry out our goals and objectives
- Implement a high level of personal appearance that is encouraged at our resorts.
- Work with other departments such as the Resort Company, base area operations, group sales and lift
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Experience guiding/leading groups
- Experience working outdoors
- Experience operating equipment such as hand tools, surface lifts, harnesses, ziplines and climbing equipment
- Able to work early mornings/late evenings as needed
- Able to work weekends during the winter season
- Able to mentor, train and develop employees

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
