Successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and have the interpersonal skills to interact with multiple attorneys and clients. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scanning and photocopying, delivering packages to/from locations throughout the area, and traveling to courthouses to file pleadings and record various instruments. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, evidence of insurance and a very good driving record. Must pass all required background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle. Experience with copy machines, scanners and other office equipment as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) is preferred. Successful candidate should have excellent time management and organization skills; attention to detail; the ability to multi-task and must be able to handle a large workload for a very busy practice.

Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle.
