LockerBox is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account  Manager to lead the growth of our Team Sports channel , fueling expansion across professional, collegiate, and high school athletic programs nationwide. This is a hands-on, strategic sales role focused on building meaningful relationships with sports performance staff and maximizing adoption of LockerBox Punch – 100% Tart Cherry Juice .

This position reports directly to the Founder and will play a vital role in scaling LockerBox’s direct sales program, with an emphasis on volume-based orders, relationship-driven selling, and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead National Sales for LockerBox within the team sports channel across professional, collegiate, and high school levels.
• Own revenue goals , account growth, and lead conversion for pallet and case sales.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with athletic trainers, strength coaches, dietitians, and operations directors.
• Drive demand and increase awareness through outbound outreach , virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Manage full sales cycle : outreach, education, quoting, order form submission, fulfillment coordination, and post-sale support.
• Leverage LockerBox’s performance claims and differentiators to match team nutrition needs.
• Identify and close new business via email, phone, social media, LinkedIn, and in-person visits to training facilities and events.
• Represent LockerBox at industry events, trade shows, coaching conferences, and performance summits.
• Support NIL athlete integration and affiliate activations in alignment with the brand’s collegiate growth strategy.
• Coordinate with operations for inventory planning and shipping logistics.
• Maintain clear records of customer communication, pipeline stages, and follow-up plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute email campaigns, product education initiatives, and social content tied to athlete stories.
• Serve as the primary contact for schools and programs ordering via our LockerBox Order Form .
• Contribute to LockerBox’s mission of making elite recovery nutrition accessible, affordable, and sustainable for athletes at every level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales or sports team sales, ideally in the performance nutrition or wellness space.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own book of business, and build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Passion for sports, wellness, or nutrition; former college athletes or individuals with firsthand experience in collegiate athletics strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for key meetings, events, and activations.
