CNC Lathe Operator (Haas) – Setup Experience Required

Pay:  $25–$35/hr (based on experience) + 90-Day Review
Schedule:  Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Optional Overtime

About the Role

Join a growing CNC machine shop expanding into a new facility with modern Haas equipment (SL-20, TL-2, ST-20).
We’re hiring a skilled CNC Lathe Setup/Operator who takes pride in precision and wants a long-term, stable role.
This is a direct-hire  position — not temp or contract.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and inspections
• Read blueprints and use precision tools
• Hold tight tolerances and troubleshoot minor issues
• Work with a clean, well-run, team-focused shop

What You Bring

• 4+ years of CNC lathe setup/operation (Haas preferred)
• Solid blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-first mindset
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
