About the Role
We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support clients through detailed planning, coordination, and ongoing communication. This role focuses on organizing arrangements, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial planning through completion.
This is a strong opportunity for individuals who are organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a structured remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client coordination
- Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details
- Coordinate arrangements related to meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows
- Ensure a consistent, professional client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple timelines
- Comfortable using online systems and communication tools
- Background in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or coordination is helpful but not required
