Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience and client needs)

Typical Schedule: Daytime hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) are our primary need.
Consistent weekday availability is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Support clients through loneliness, life transitions, or health challenges
• Offer respite for families and caregivers
• Engage clients in conversation, activities, and daily routines
• Observe and report changes in condition or environment
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the care team
• Document visits accurately and professionally

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and ability to commute to Main Line / Chester County locations
• Availability for daytime shifts (weekday availability strongly preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks

Service Area
This role requires the ability to reliably commute to clients in the Western Main Line and Chester County areas, including Wayne, Paoli, Malvern, Exton, and Downingtown.
