Warehouse Worker
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling and a good understanding of warehouse management systems.
Duties
- Open incoming shipments and perform a quality check to be sure that items are in perfect condition and match the paperwork. Fill out a goods receipt for each shipment received.
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
- Conduct materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Assist with packaging government orders and other shipments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and quality control checks as needed.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in goods receipt processes and techniques.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary.
- Ability to handle materials safely and effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
- Able to lift 50# boxes.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
