We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
• Provide information on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage further engagement.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Computer and internet skills required
• Ability to follow through on leads and close sales
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Team-oriented
• Call-center experience not required, but preferred
• Must be able to work weekends

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
