Assistant Project Lead New Installation - Temporary Contract
Your main responsibilities
This is a temporary, six month assignment
Provide administrative support to New Installation (NI) Project Managers to help keep projects organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with billing, including follow‑ups on ESM tickets and coordination with the Business Service Center (BSC)
- Supporting certified payroll documentation
- Assisting with permit tracking and coordination
- Handling general administrative tasks to support NI Project Managers as needed
What you bring
High School diploma required and prior administrative assistant experience preferred.
