Business Development Associate - Deposit Products

Applied Bank seeks a full-time self-motivated financial professional looking to build a career in an entrepreneurial environment and help make a sales impact. This role requires a persuasive communicator that has the drive and persistence needed to deliver new relationship introductions while building their career in financial services sales and business development. This role reports in-office at our Glen Mills, PA headquarters Monday - Fridy 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities As a dedicated and self-motivated professional, you will be a key contributor to developing new relationships with Attorneys and Financial Advisors by articulating how Applied Bank's unique Asset Protection value proposition benefits their clients. Responsibilities will include prospecting new clients through outbound sales development with the goal of qualifying the attorneys, advisors and clients and introducing them to Senior Management to close new business deals. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with a range of departments where you will learn various aspects of the banking business that will enable you to represent the Bank's capabilities in ways that are accurate and compelling. Utilize various prospecting methods, such as outbound calling, mailed marketing material, and email campaigns to identify potential leads. Follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients. Collaborate with Management to ensure any follow-ups are handled in a timely and accurate manner to increase conversion rates. Qualifications Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills Strong computer skills with knowledge in basic software programs like Word, Excel, Power Point, etc Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated sales skills Knowledge of financial services is a plus
