As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
• Willingness to accept a General Manager position if a position becomes available in a reasonable distance.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
