1 opening for Pick-pack/BugBox Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may fluctuate based on shipping schedules)

1 opening for Bulk Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesdays start at 7:30 am (Hours may fluctuate based on shipping schedules)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Shipping Team Member to help prepare, package, and ship live insects safely to customers. This role requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and package live insects for shipping following TBC guidelines
• Ensure insects are handled safely and with care
• Maintain accurate shipping counts
• Lift, carry, and move boxes (up to 50 lbs.) safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Following safety and care protocols
• Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working with live insects daily
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., kneel, squat, and bend
• Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Basic math (count to 100) and tool-handling skills
• Fluent in English with clear communication
• Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed
