Job Description

Mater Dei Catholic School is currently accepting applications for a full-time Pre-Kindergarten Four Teacher to join our early childhood team for the 2025–2026 academic year. We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and creative educator who is passionate about supporting the spiritual, social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners.

We Are Looking for Candidates Who

• Have a genuine love for working with preschool-aged children and an understanding of their developmental needs.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to building a faith-filled, positive classroom culture. Collaborate actively with grade-level colleagues, aides, and administrators to deliver a consistent and engaging Pre-Kindergarten experience.
• Communicate effectively with families and support a strong home-school partnership.
• Can plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum in alignment with Catholic values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, or related field.
• Experience in early childhood education is strongly preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.
