Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will work outdoors as part of a supportive team, ensuring that properties remain healthy, clean, and visually appealing throughout the year. Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Assist with planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-up activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Identify and report any issues related to plant health or property appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Interest in working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
