**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a cultural institution setting.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols established for cultural locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Monitor entrances, galleries, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed, in line with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Document and report incidents, maintenance issues, and/or unusual observations in accordance with site and Allied Universal policies.
+ Assist in managing visitor flow and access control, helping to maintain an orderly environment during events and high-traffic periods.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
