Office Assistant

As an office assistant , you will support daily administrative tasks while gaining insight into the operations of a purpose-driven organization. This position is ideal for someone ready to jump in, learn quickly, and thrive in a small but impactful office environment.
Office Assistant Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle mailing, copying, filing, and greeting visitors with professionalism
- Good data entry skills
- Reliable and adaptable team player
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:05 AM to 5:00 PM, with an unpaid lunch break
Office Assistant Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mailings
- Assist with photocopying and filing duties
- Welcome and direct visitors or guests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support staff with general administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations
